Our Game Meats;

 

Are free range and harvested off  an 800 square mile ranch in south Texas, selectively one at a time from a helicopter! It's then aged 21-28 days before being cut to order for preparation for you!  It tastes excellent ,it's healthy and denude of fat. Truly "Field to Fork" a superior product. Dare to be different, try it for yourself !!
